After Cashfree confirms payment, the payment result page provides two download buttons. When email delivery is available, a confirmation also goes to your checkout email.

Return to your payment result and check the status again. If you see a debit or a pending payment, avoid paying again. Send support your order reference and checkout email so we can trace the payment.

For an eligible paid order, use the Downloads page to request access using the email you entered at checkout. Each file link expires for security. Request a fresh link if it has expired.

Since this is a digital downloadable product, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and access to the digital product has been provided.
