How DIGITIFIYI handles information when you browse the store, buy the planner or ask for help.
DIGITIFIYI operates this digital planner store. Direct privacy questions, requests and complaints to the support contacts on this page. Please include only the information needed to identify your request.
At checkout we ask for your name, email address and mobile number. We record an order reference, product, amount, currency, payment status and relevant payment references. For support, we process the details you choose to send, including your message and any order reference.
Our systems and hosting providers may process technical details such as the time of a request, security identifiers, device or network information, and records of access to a purchased file. You do not submit completed workbook pages to the store.
We use checkout details to create and reconcile an order, verify payment, give you both PDFs, recover access, reply to enquiries and resolve disputes. We also use limited records to prevent abuse and meet applicable accounting and legal duties.
We process information you provide to carry out the purchase and respond to your requests, and where otherwise permitted or required by law. Optional audience measurement and advertising require your affirmative choice. You can decline these and still purchase the planner.
Cashfree hosts the payment screen and processes payment information under its own terms. DIGITIFIYI receives transaction references and status information. The store does not collect or store raw card numbers, bank passwords, UPI PINs or OTPs.
The deployment uses Netlify for hosting, Supabase for private order and file storage, and Resend for transactional email when configured. These services process information needed for their roles, potentially on infrastructure outside India.
Access is tied to a verified paid order. A browser cookie identifies the purchase session. We issue short-lived links to the selected file and keep limited download records for security and troubleshooting. Recovery links go to the purchase email and must be confirmed before a new access session begins.
Essential cookies and browser storage support checkout continuity, private downloads and remembering your privacy choices. When enabled and permitted by you, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel may receive browsing or campaign identifiers, page visits, product views, checkout starts and verified purchase events. A purchase represents one ₹299 product.
When tracking is configured, use Privacy choices in the footer to reject optional tracking or withdraw your choice for future activity. Payment and support messages are used to complete your request.
We retain transaction records as needed for fulfilment, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Support records are kept as needed to resolve and document the enquiry. Temporary access links expire. Downloading a file to your own device creates a local copy under your control.
Access controls, private storage, signed links and server-side payment checks protect purchase records. Please keep download emails and your device private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
You may ask about our use of your data, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent or raise a grievance. We may ask you to verify your identity, for example through your checkout email. Some details may need to be retained to meet legal duties or resolve a payment dispute.
We will update this page when our processing changes. Where a new optional purpose requires consent, we will request it before using your information for that purpose.
